This will be a very good review for the test. Students should be following the study guide to prepare for this test next Thursday (5/19).

Please take note of the following dates:

States Test – Tuesday May 31th

Capitals Test – Wednesday June 1st

Religion: Students have identified a vocation as a particular way to answer God’s Call. They have reflected on what their vocation might be. Students will learn about the Sacraments of the Service of Communion: Holy Orders and Matrimony.

English/Language Arts: Hello, and happy weekend! Students have been doing a great job demonstrating research skills. We’ve moved into the presentation aspect of the Genius Hour project. Students are learning how to make a presentation using Google Slides. They are being assessed on several skills, including paraphrasing, citing evidence, and summarizing information from their sources. Next week, I will teach presentation skills, such as eye contact, posture, and pacing. Presentations will be due next Wednesday. We will also have a spelling test next Friday. Let me know if you have any questions.

Have a great weekend!
